1. About Us

IA Squared Consultancy Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a range of professional services including:

• Non-regulated legal support (e.g. will writing)
• Management consultancy
• Business and legal advisory (non-reserved)
• Website design and hosting

We are not a regulated law firm and do not offer services that require authorisation from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

2. Scope of Services

We will provide the services agreed in writing, which may include:

• Drafting wills that fall outside regulated legal activity
• Consultancy and advisory services for business planning, compliance, and governance
• Website development and digital services

We do not provide:

• Legal services that are defined as “reserved legal activities” under the Legal Services Act 2007
• Financial, investment, or regulated tax advice

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver services
• Review and approve documents promptly
• Understand that our services are not a substitute for legal advice from a solicitor, where appropriate

4. Fees and Payment

Fees will be confirmed in writing prior to engagement. All fees are:

• Quoted exclusive of VAT (if applicable)
• Payable within 14 days of invoice, unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late or non-payment.

5. Confidentiality

We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it without your consent, unless required by law or regulatory obligations.

6. Liability

We will perform our services with reasonable care and skill. However:

• We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on our services beyond the fee paid for the relevant service.
• We recommend that you seek independent professional advice for complex legal or financial matters.

We hold professional indemnity insurance suitable for our work.

7. Disclaimer

IA Squared Consultancy Ltd is not a regulated law firm and does not undertake reserved legal activities as defined in the Legal Services Act 2007. Our will writing and legal support services are non-regulated and provided for general informational and documentation purposes only.

We do not provide financial, investment, or tax planning advice. Clients are advised to seek independent advice from a regulated solicitor, financial adviser, or tax professional where appropriate.

Our services do not involve handling client money, establishing or managing trusts, or providing services that require registration under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017. If your needs go beyond the scope of our services, we will inform you and, where possible, signpost you to appropriately qualified professionals.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, or documents provided are for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce or distribute them without our permission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. You will be liable for any fees incurred up to the date of termination including time spent in drafting paperwork.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
